Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Deepchand Weddings for wedding planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Deepchand Weddings provides:

• Full wedding planning and coordination
• Destination wedding arrangements
• Royal and luxury wedding experiences
• Minimalistic and intimate wedding planning
• Vendor management and coordination
• Day-of coordination services
• Pre-wedding event planning

Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified
• Additional services requested after contract signing may incur extra charges
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit cards

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 6 months before the event: 50% refund (excluding booking fee)
• Cancellations 3-6 months before: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 months before: No refund
• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Inform us of any changes to wedding details promptly
• Treat our staff and vendor partners with respect

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, concepts, and photography, is the property of Deepchand Weddings or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Photography and Media

We may photograph or film events we plan for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your event to remain private, please inform us in writing before the event date.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Deepchand Weddings shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor failures, weather conditions, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
